Free Saturday Screening at CAMERA

Saturday April 22nd, 3:00pm

Dir. Leos Carax (France: 1999), 125 min.

Set against Paris' oldest bridge, the Pont Neuf, this film is a love story between two young vagrants: Alex, a circus performer addicted to alcohol and sedatives and Michele, a painter driven to a life on the streets because of a failed relationship and an affliction which is slowly turning her blind. The streets, skies and waterways of Paris are used as a backdrop to the story in a series of stunning visuals which dominate the film.

All foreign language films will be shown with subtitles. We proudly offer captioning of all films at special request on Saturdays at 12:00pm if given notice 48 hours in advance of the regular screening.
