André Kertész Listed As Must-See Gallery Show in Toronto

NOW Magazine has included André Kertész: Surveillance as one of Toronto's Must-See Shows this week. If you haven't had a chance to visit the gallery yet, the exhibition will be on view until June 20th. We had the pleasure of hearing about the work first-hand last week during a visit from the owner of the estate, Robert Gurbo. After moving to New York in the 1930's from Hungary and Paris, André Kertész viewed himself as an outsider. He use photography to gain a better understanding of New Yorkers and how they functioned within their own spaces.
