Coekin's book, The Altogether, is a winner in the best photo book category of PDN's photo annual 2012. The images in the book are staged portraits of the employees at a
factory that began manufacturing copper wire in 1834. The factory has
closed and the images look at the work and struggle of the workers.
Another series of images in the book studies old manual tools that
Coekin found.
